Coconut plumcake

Ingredients:

– 150g flour

– 60g coconut flour

– 150g raw sugar

– 1 egg

– 70g seed oil

– 50ml milk

– 125g coconut yogurt

– 1 tea spoon of baking soda

For the topping:

– some honey

– Coconut flour

Method:

Mix one egg and the sugar together then add the seed oil and the yogurt.

Add all the flours (both the coconut and the white one) and the baking soda and mix well.

Pour the milk a bit at a time into the mixture.

Put the mixture into the baking tin and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180^C.

Once the plumcake is baked, let it cool and then spread some honey and some coconut on top.
