-canned tuna (160 gr)
Start by peeling and chopping the potatoes and boil them in well salted water until tender and mashable.
Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a large mixing bowl and mash them up.
Add 2 drained cans of tuna and mash it all well together with the potatoes.
Once the potatoes are slightly cooler, add an egg to the mix and stir it well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Then form some balls between your hands and put in the centre a little piece of mozzarella (you can use another kind of cheese if you prefer).
Roll the balls into the breadcrumbs and place them on a baking sheet lined with a wax paper. Then place them in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Then, heat some oil in a skillet and when it’s ready fry them until they became gold.
