hezelnuts plumcake


Here’s a simple and easy recipe to bake the classic plumcake in a not so classic way! 


  • 150g of brown sugar
  • 200g of flour (I used 100g of white flour, 70g of rice flour and 30g of buckwheat flour but you can use every kind of flour)
  • 100g of olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tea spoons of yeast
  • 4 table spoons of milk


Mix the sugar, oil and eggs together


Then add yeast, sifted flour and the coarsely chopped hazelnuts


Put the mixture into a baking tin (my mixture has these black dots because of the buckwheat flour)


Put the baking tin into the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C


Try the hazelnuts plumcake with some nutella to make it even more tasty!
