-200 gr all purpose flour
-150 gr sugar
-175 ml milk
-70 melted butter
-16 gr baking powder
-100 gr white chocolate cut in small pieces (or chocolate chips)
Heat oven to 180°C. Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups or line with baking cups.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, chocolate chips and mix well. In a small bowl, combine milk, melted butter and the egg; blend well. Add dry ingredients all at once; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill cups 2/3 full. Then take some raspberries and cut them in pieces (if you want you can insert a whole raspberry before covering with the dough). Add them and the white chocolate to the remaining dough and fill completely the cups.
Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool 1 minute before removing from pan.
