That’s not a real healthy snack but healthier than an industrial product. Homemade food is always the best choice ever!
This recipe has just two ingredients and it’s a way to “recycle” some leftover Easter-chocolate, if you still have it.
- 150 grams puffed-rice (or rice krispies, it’s more crunchy)
- 200 grams white chocolate
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or saucepan on the stovetop over low heat.
Add the cereal into the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly.
Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Once it’s cool, cut it into bars or break it into irregular pieces.
