The nutella roll


  • 200gr sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 130gr flour 00
  • 2 table spoons of yeast
  • 50ml milk
  • 200gr Nutella
  • Icing sugar


Mix the eggs with the sugar

Add the flour and the yeast

Add the milk

Roll out the parchment paper on a baking sheet and pour inside the mixture (try to give it a rectangular shape)


Bake in the oven at 220°C for 7/8 minutes (check with the toothpick)


Take out of the oven the “cake” and cover it with another sheet of baking paper.    Overturn the cake so you have the “old” baking paper on top, then remove this paper carefully.


 Spread some nutella on the cake .


Roll the cake on the short side, cover it with the baking paper and put the nutella roll in the fridge for 1 hourDust the nutella roll with icing sugar
