Nutellotti

Ingredienti:

-180 gr Nutella

-150 gr farina

-1 uovo

Per la farcitura:

-Nutella bianca, ovvero crema di nocciole senza cacao

Procedimento.

Mettere la nutella e l’uovo in una ciotola e amalgamarli. Successivamente aggiungere la nutella. Quando l’impasto sarà pronto fare tante piccole palline da circa 20 grammi.

Disponeteli su una teglia ricoperta di carta da forno. Distanziateli un po’ perché in cottura si allargheranno. Poi con il manico di cucchiaio di legno, fate un foro al centro di ogni pallina che vi servirà per riempirli con la nutella.

Infornare i biscotti in forno preriscaldato a 180° per 10 minuti. Prima di farcirli con la nutella lasciateli raffreddare un po’.

Ingredients:

-180 grams Nutella

-150 grams all-purpose flour

-1 egg

For the filling:

-white nutella, i.e. hazelnut cream without cocoa.

Directions:

In a bowl combine the egg and the nutella and mix until soft. Add flour and mix again. Divide dough into little balls (about 20 gr each).

Take a wooden spoon’s handle and create a hole in the centre of each nutellotto.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper, one next to the other (but leave some space because the grow a little). Bake it for 10 minutes. When cool, fill them with the white nutella.
